Khalifa City is a key residential district in Abu Dhabi, known for its family-friendly environment, modern infrastructure, and wide range of amenities. With a mix of villa compounds and apartment buildings, the community is home to families, professionals, and investors seeking convenience and long-term value. It also offers essential services such as schools, nurseries, retail centers, healthcare facilities, and dining options, all contributing to a well-rounded lifestyle.

As part of this project, Unigaz UAE was commissioned to design, implement, and manage the City Gas Network that facilitates the transition to Natural Gas across the community. This development brings enhanced energy reliability, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability, in line with the UAE’s energy strategy.

In addition to the successful network conversion, Unigaz UAE has secured the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for the gas infrastructure in Khalifa City. This contract ensures ongoing operational safety, regulatory compliance, and timely servicing of the system, while demonstrating Unigaz’s capability in delivering end-to-end gas solutions.
